The conference will focus on "supporting the community and advancing the profession". Clinical pharmacy has an evolutionary role in advancing pharmacy practice through innovation which has helped to mold clinical pharmacy into a patient-centered discipline, recognized for its contributions to improving medication therapy outcomes. This has distinguished 'Clinical Pharmacists' leadership role in enhancing patient care and other areas of pharmacy practice.
