Bio

Abdullah Alsultan, Pharm.D., Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University. Alsultan obtained his PhD degree in clinical pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Florida, College of Pharmacy. During his training he worked under the supervision of Dr. Charles Peloquin, director of the Infectious Disease Pharmacokinetics Laboratory. Focus of the PhD project was on PK/PD of antitubercular drugs. Dr. Alsultan research interest is focused on using PK/PD modeling to optimize the dosing of anti-infective drugs. Dr. Alsultan has published his work in over 50 peer reviewed journals.
